Academics

Auburn Adventist Academy takes pride in the academic structure of our program. Our curriculum standards meet or exceed national standards for education, while providing a strong Christian environment for our students.

Curriculum

Diploma Options: Standard or Enriched Academic Program:  Both the Standard and Enriched diploma provide academic preparation for admission to most colleges and universities. The Standard Diploma exceeds the minimum requirements listed for graduation, as set forth by the State of Washington and the North Pacific Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. The Enriched Diploma, while also exceeding minimum requirements, provides for considerable flexibility for individual planning based on the student’s higher educational goals.

Course Load Requirements:  A student must take a minimum of five courses per semester. Students wishing to take more than seven courses per semester must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and fill out an overload request form for approval by Curriculum Committee. Students desiring to take any coursework outside of AAA after initial enrollment must secure the approval of the Curriculum Committee.
